Cambodia has completed its role as ASEAN Chairmanship in 2022 with pride and joy. After all the hard work and commitment of the Royal Government of Cambodia, along with the continuous supports from ASEAN member states, Cambodia’s third ASEAN chairmanship can be regarded as a success. Even though a lot of progress has been made under the leadership of Cambodia, there are still a number of issues that ASEAN must deal with in the future.

By looking back at Cambodia’s performance over the past year, Asian Vision Dialogue with our guest speaker, Dr. Joseph Matthews, hopes to provide you with a brief evaluation of Cambodia’s 2022 ASEAN chairmanship through learning from the country’s successes and challenges, as well as the expectations for the new chairmanship under Indonesia.
