AVD Ep34: Cyberdiplomacy and Capacity Building in Cambodia
Cybersecurity threats, cybercrime, cyber espionage, and the risk of cyberattacks on critical infrastructure are real and growing concerns for governments and organizations across the world. For that reason, cyberdiplomacy is taking a new emerging role to promote cooperation and collaboration between countries to develop governance mechanisms that are effective in managing cybersecurity threats and ensuring the stability of cyberspace. In this episode, Asian Vision Dialogue with our special speaker, H.E. TEAN Samnang, Director General of Information, Research and Analysis Group of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFA.IC), will elaborate on the definition of Cyberdiplomacy in the context of Cambodia and capacity building of Cambodia in countering cyber threats.
