Guest speaker: Dr. Digby James Wren, Senior Special Advisor to the Institute of International Relations of Cambodia, Royal Academy of Cambodia (RAC)
Host: Ms. CHHOUN Sreynou
Over the past few weeks, we have seen that Phnom Penh city has been beautifully decorated and restored to welcome delegates from ASEAN countries and ASEAN’s dialogue partners to the upcoming 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and related Summits, which is taking place from 8th-13th November 2022. Apart from gearing up the preparations for the Summits with such decorations, other important matters such as agendas of the meetings, topics of discussion, and other significant matters are also carefully handled.
Nevertheless, the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and related meetings can be thought of as the last main duty of Cambodia to perform in her position of the 2022 ASEAN chair. Given the current situation of security issues both in the region and beyond, the Summits have drawn a lot of attention from the public. People are awaiting to see how Cambodia unfold all those issues. In this episode, Asian Vision Dialogue is honoured to present you the comprehensive discussions on the upcoming ASEAN Summits and what we can expect from it with our guest speaker, Dr. Digby James Wren, Senior Special Advisor to the Institute of International Relations of Cambodia at the Royal Academy of Cambodia (RAC).
