«របាំព្លយសួយ» មានឈ្មោះដូច្នេះដោយសាររបាំនេះត្រូវគេកំដរដោយឧបករណ៍តន្ត្រីព្លយជាគោល ដែលមានបំពង់សូរធ្វើពីឫស្សីពកចំនួនពីរ បី ឬប្រាំ រហូតដល់ប្រាំពីរស៊កចូលទៅក្នុងប្រអប់សូរធ្វើពីផ្លែឃ្លោកស្ងួតធ្លាយពីម្ខាងទៅម្ខាងដោយចងផ្តុំគ្នាជាមួយដុំដោយចម្រៀកផ្តៅ។ឧបករណ៍ព្លយ មានប្រើនៅក្នុងចំណោមជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចសួយរស់នៅក្នុងតំបន់ជួរភ្នំក្រវាញ មានសហគមន៍សួយត្រាង ឃុំសង្កែសាទប ស្រុកឱរ៉ាល់ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺជាដើម។
គេសម្តែងរបាំព្លយសួយ នៅក្នុងពិធីសែនព្រេន បន់អ្នកតានិងឡើងអ្នកតា បួងសួងសុំសេចក្តីសុខសួស្តីសិរីមង្គលឱ្យរួចផុតពីគ្រោះចង្រៃនិងមហន្តរាយផ្សេងៗនិងដើម្បីរំឭកទៅដល់ដើមកំណើតនៃពេលវេលានិងការវិលត្រឡប់នៃនិរន្តរភាព។ ឯវង់តន្ត្រីកំដររបាំ ព្លយសួយ មានឧបករណ៍ព្លយ ប្រើជាមួយនឹងស្គរ និងអ្នកច្រៀង។
ក្នុងសហគមន៍ជនជាតិភាគតិចខាងលើ គឺគេនៅបន្តបដិបត្តិទំនៀមទម្លាប់ប្រពៃណីដូនតាបុរាណនេះនៅឡើយ ជាពិសេសនៅក្នុងចំណោមចាស់ៗ។ ចំណែកឯក្មេងៗសួយជំនាន់ឥឡូវ ហាក់ដូចជាពុំបានយកចិត្តទុកដាក់រៀនសូត្រនិងបន្តទំនៀមទម្លាប់ប្រពៃណីដូនតាបុរាណនេះឡើយ ដែលជាការគួរព្រួយបារម្មណ៍មួយចំពោះវាសនាអនាគតនៃវប្បធម៌ជនជាតិដើមបុរាណនេះ។

Mouth Organ of the Suoy Ethnic Dance
(Abstract)
Robaim Ploy Suoy or Mouth Organ of the Suoy Ethnic Dane is so-called because it is accompanied by an ensemble of Ploy, a dried gourd resonator-box, free-reed mouth organ along with drums and singers. The present ethnic folk dance is found among people living along with the Oral mountain ranges, namely, the Suoy Trang indigenous ethnic group and community in Sangkae Satorb commune, Oral district, Kampong Spoeu province.
In the dance, dancers blow into the ploy or mouth organs as part of the spirit worship, invoking super natural powers for blessing and bliss for the community while recalling the origin of time and resorting to the myth of the eternal return.
This unique tradition of folk dance and music has minimally been practiced and preserved by only a handful of elderly ethnic members who feel the need to continue their tradition. The young generation of Suoy does not seem eager to learn their tradition and continue the ancestral legacy, causing a serious concern of disruption of tradition and threat of disappearing if nothing is done about it in a timely manner.
